Once we have found a nanny that meets your criteria, we will send your nanny’s details with the booking confirmation.
Your nanny will contact you the day before your session, in case you have any special requirements (swimming with kids, ask if the nanny can come a bit earlier etc.) you can address it directly to your nanny.

If you want to have a nanny for, let’s say one afternoon or evening/night, you may pay her in cash when you get back again.
If you want to have daily nanny for a couple of hours every day or night during your holiday, you may pay her in cash at your last session. We have also PACK 24hours 24H / 1 DAY or PACK LIVING 24HRS/7 DAYS
You can book a nanny at any given moment! However in high season booking in advance is recommended.

If the cancellation falls within 24 hours of the original starting time you will be charged for 3 hours. ( as per Terms & Conditions)
Depending on the age, if they are babies (0-2 years) maximum two children, if they are older maximum 3 children per nanny.
